Shipping — Order Processing & Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping — budget option (e.g. 1–5 business days, depending on destination).
  • Express Shipping — faster option for urgent orders (e.g. 1–2 business days).
  • Free Shipping — free for orders above a certain amount (e.g. $99), when applicable.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships so you can monitor delivery status. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be shown during checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Note on shipping delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, actual delivery times may vary (especially during holidays or peak seasons).

Return & Refund Policy

General Returns (Change-of-Mind / Dissatisfaction)

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied for any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
  • You must include proof of purchase (e.g., order receipt or email confirmation).
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and bears the risk during the return shipment.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you by email. If approved, we will refund your original payment method (minus any non-refundable shipping or handling fees). If the returned item is not in its original condition, only a partial refund may be issued (or the return may be refused).

Defective / Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • A photo of the damaged item.
  • A photo of the original packaging, box, and protective wrapping materials.
  • A short description of the issue.

After reviewing your submission, we will — at our discretion — either remake the item or issue a full refund. We do not require you to pay return shipping in the case of verified defects/damage.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
  • Once engraving/production has started (or the item is ready to ship), cancellations may not be possible.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at kreativecrystals@gmail.com with your reason for cancellation.

Other Terms

  • Expedited shipping fees (express or rush shipping) are non-refundable once the item has shipped.
  • Gift cards, promo codes, and similarly discounted or promotional items are non-returnable / non-refundable unless the product is defective.
  • This policy applies only to crystals, engraving products, and items manufactured by us. Accessories, add-ons, or third-party items may follow a different policy (if applicable).

How to Return / Request Refund or Remake
